Sunbird is a 4 or 5 Bedroom home with a spacious, centrally located living area, and kitchen with generous walk in pantry, all flowing onto the large patio.

It also has a separate media room or 5th bedroom. Designed with our North Queensland summers in mind all zones can be closed off from the rest of the house to make air-conditioning much more efficient.

The main bedroom has direct access to the patio, and large ensuite, and walk in robe. Complete with a double lock up garage. This clever design is great for a family while still providing privacy in separate zones.
